Nope. Looks weird. Overall, it's an American stout that was smoothed out by adding the dark grains to a slowly heated pot of water. Then, add in malt extract. Hops can change. Batch 1 is having 1 lb honey added. Let's see how things work in this recipe.

Batch 2 is a caramel salted scotch ale I remember a friend made. Pretty much boil wort and sugar to reduce it down. Add that to the fermenter with some salt.

Brewery Tang, 8/13 (non-club meet)

Going to check out Brewery Tang in Stanton around 5:30 PM. It is in the Rodeo 39 shopping center near Beach Blvd and 22 Freeway. Come around if you have time for a random, spur of the moment hang out. Not a club event, no homebrew.
