Every beer I have made in the last two years has had olive oil in it - at least 12 brews. The amount you actually would use for a 10 gallon batch is smaller than you could easily measure so I use a very fine point bamboo skewer and shake the drop off. Yeast uses the O2 to produce Sterols for healthy yeast growth and cell walls. There are ways to do this without any O2 at all. Very well done. The cool thing is that they had just served a bunch of collaborative brews out to the audience for the toast.

Hi everybody. Glad to see this forum is active and going strong. I used to lurk here awhile back. Been brewing all grain for 15+ years. Started out a hop head but have been gravitating toward the Belgian styles. Bugs are on the radar now. Love those sours! Met a couple of you guys at SCHF last year....
