Morning Gang, looking for opinions here. I cooked up a Belgian Trippel (Extract) kit from B3 about 2 weeks ago now. I am curious how long you guys would let it age on the Cake before Bottling? I was thinking about 5 weeks, but Traci and I are starting to get really eager to try it.

If he is in need of the cash and does not mind splitting up the warez package there, I could grab the kegging and fermentation equipment from him since I just aquired a locker fridge and I am pretty over bottling!

I tried from work and from home and even tried from my cell, all 404'd. Might have been a problem at the hosting company, not really with the site in particular. But everything seems fine now.
