RockBottom Takeover/merger

So for the past 9 months i have been going to RockBottom on Thursday nights for their mug club night where you get a tall micro for a $1. However in the past two months they have changed their menu and all of their beers have gone bland. From talking to the servers at rock bottom, Gordon Birsche bou...

Re: Help jumping into all grain

As long as some one can communicate the pros and cons to the systems and techniques, i should be fine. i figure that my first system is gonna be just enough to survive. Pretty much all i need is another stock pot and and insulated holding vessel, from what i can tell. i figure i need to make the jum...

Kegging carbanation

Is there better way to carbonate beer over another when it comes to kegging.

For Instance pressurizing the keg with just CO2 Vs. using corn sugar and letting the beer carbonate naturally inside the keg?

Yeast Propagation Help/Info

Getting back into the saddle of brewing i have a question and yeast propagation. He gave me a piece a paper with 8 steps and no more than a sentence o...

Kegging with standard american kegs

My boss found out about my habit and wants me to be his personal brewery. The nice thing is he is paying for all costs. He has about 3 5-Gallon standard kegs(not kornie kegs). And after my last batch im about ready to ditch the kornie kegs because they wont sea or carbornate. While working at a race...
