All the bottles were snatched up at the meeting. I would be interested to get feedback once you guys have a chance to use it. I probably won't order another case unless Windsor has trouble getting it in stock.

Part of the extra wort must be due to a low boil-off volume from your boil issues. Hopefully it turns out alright. I used that yeast once and liked it. Maybe I will give it another try after the "year of the lager" is over.

What were the calculations if you only added about 1 mL of the lactic acid to the mash? And what calculations did you use that told you you needed 3.6 mL? I brew in the back yard with no shade I have not had any skunking issues. You can always get an EZ UP if you are really worried about it.
