I just bought my tickets to this event. Last year was a lot of fun and hope to get more beer swag this year.

My wife and I attended last weekend’s beerfest and thought it was just so, so. In my opinion it was over crowded for the small venue where they held it at. I just received an email for Septembers Brew ha, ha which I listed the website below.

I tried it about two weeks ago and felt that the warmer the beer got the better the taste was. I hope that is just because it is still young.

For my 40th birthday my wife took me to Amsterdam where we visited the Heineken brewery. We both left there feeling as though we were in a Heineken commercial. I love this place and love their beer selection. I read that they are going to expand and start brewing their own beer. I can't wait for this to happen.

Thanks brahn! I'd been brewing for a little over 2 years when I entered my first comp. I really only entered because spkrtoy and Patrick tasted my beer and encouraged me to enter. I won BOS ... it's all been downhill from there. :) Personally, I only enter beers into competitions if I think they're ...
