I judge there and it is run mostly by the same group as the O.C. Fair and would be a good place to volunteer and learn about competitions and getting to taste the best beers.

Hey Brian, how did you ship your entry.I went to a UPS store and said I was shipping a yeast sample and he said that contains alcohol in it and can't be shipped.

Good win in a tough comp. Are you going to judge L.A. commercial comp again?

Interesting, I guess I'am just to old school but if it makes the brew day faster and easier without any downsides I will give it a go.
