Re: March 2019 Club Meeting. Chapman Crafted Beer, Orange

The focus on learning was great and allowing each brewer who wanted to share the opportunity to present their crea...

Re: March 2019 Club Meeting. Chapman Crafted Beer, Orange

Will we decide at this meeting which Wee Heavy will represent the club at SCHF for BRO competition? Or maybe at the April off-month meeting?

I can second that. I'm volunteering for a 3rd year and it's an easy gig. Just don't take my Friday night parking control job :)

I took a 3rd place finish in the English Porter style category. Waiting to see the scoresheets.

Re: BrewPi Group Build Day?

This is an excellent idea Greg. Count me in. I've long been interested in this but I'm only half as smart as the others in this club and this has always intimidated me.

Great offers Chris. I'll take the Sanke fermenter kit if it's still available.

Re: Fast carb IPA?

Thanks Reid. It turned out well. The irony was the pilsner I also served was a bit over carbed. It all turned out good though. Thanks all for the insight.

Re: BrewBrawl moving forward

I like these options. I've viewed BrewBrawl as a "crowd favorite" tool, and not well suited for detailed feedback. Brent's idea sounds good to me and I'd like to keep BrewBrawl for the fun part of it.

Fast carb IPA?

I need to serve an IPA in 2 days. I just kegged it. I know this is not a best practice, but time I do not have. What's the best way to carb this thing for hopefully decent results? I just put it at 30 psi at 38F.
