Re: Adding Yeast for Bottle Conditioning
I could be totally wrong but I would think the easiest way to add fresh yeast for bottle conditioning would be to use dry yeast. Re: Filtration
I have that plate filter. I used it once with bad luck, it leaked and it made a mess. Its likely I just did something wrong but it was kind of a pain. I plan to just go with some finings and a bright tank with a shortened dip tube next time.

I hated it, and this is almost embarrassing to say now, but I remember it then being to bitter. Later on when I was of legal drinking age and was getting ...

Re: Growler conditioned?
I've done this as well with the bruery growlers specifically. I agree it works fine, but I would just stress being very careful to clean and sanitize well especially the rubber seal. To state the obvious a 12oz bottle getting a "weird" flavor is one thing but a full growler would sting a b...

Aging a keg
If I were to age a beer in the keg for an extended period of time, would it be best to just purge the headspace with co2 or age with the beer saturated with the desired volumes of co2?

Re: Anderson Valley Boont Amber ale - extract brewing
They said it was cloned spot on, extremely minor difference in aroma in the nose (blueberry or strawberry pancakes) most likely from Anderson Valleys house strain yeast, they have been using for like 23 years.
