I use a simple fountain pump in my set-up and it works well. I'm using Wal-Mart RV glycol.

Chris, I'm using the 8 gal Brewer's Hardware fermenter with a few add-ons.

I got a prv out of China for $35 and to be sure, I backed it up with an Amazon prv on a ball lock connecter that I can use to recharge with co2. It works well once you are sure the huge tri-clover lid is sealed up.

There was a Helles at the Homebrew fest that was split into two kveik yeast fermentations: 75* and 98*. While the 98* batch wasn't as good as the 75* batch, it still tasted reasonably ok. While there were some esters, they were very low.

I'd like to get my hands on that yeast and have some fun.
