RO Filter

Free RO filter. It's a little old but not used that much as it's mostly been in my garage. When last used the RO membrane re-hydrated and still pulled 180ppm water down to 10ppm. The intake fitting snapped and needs to be extracted and replaced. See photo:

I expect the membrane still works. It was sitting in my garage for many years. When I fired it up a couple of years ago I didn't expect it to work but it worked great.

I don't know if a replacement is available. It's a Premier RO TFM 55V-1W.

I expect so. I always figured I would use it until the membrane failed. The housing doesn't have any sizing info. I couldn't get the unit open by bare hands to see what size is listed on the membrane.

Doing that cracked one of the poly lines. I would replace all of the poly lines. They have to all be brittle unless they are failing by color. That may not make it worth the trouble.
