Greetings Brewcommuners!

Wow! The holidays are officially here! Time to haul out the lights, trees, tinsel, winter warmers, spiced ales & meads!

Our November meeting will be on Tuesday, 11/15/11 @ 7PM over at Addison Homebrew Provisions in Fullerton.

Eric Addison is once again hosting us in his homebrew store so be sure to check out all his new goodies for the holiday season!

Club meetings are open to everyone! Please bring your homebrew, mead & ciders to pass around & talk about. Posting your brew's recipe in the club database is a great way for everyone to remember your creation, and match ingredients & techniques to real-world tastings. This is also a great place to ask questions, meet fellow brewers and solicit advice about your beer.

I have a mango wheat beer I just kegged and a few others I will bring. Thanks to Nick for reminding me. I almost missed this one again.

I might make it, but I am leaving to head to Mammoth for the week in a few days and it's pretty much crunch time to get everything done. I'll see how it goes but I'm leaning twards the I don't think I can make this one. 100% there for December though!

Damn, just looked to see when the next meeting was and it's RIGHT NOW. Can't make it, I will be at the soft opening for a new restaurant in Santa Ana that everyone here should check out. http://www.playgrounddtsa.com.
