priming

reading 'radical brewing' by r mosher. he writes about using 750ml of triple sec to prime 5 gal, for bottling. anyone done that?

Nope ... but I like the idea ...

Especially for something like a Belgian ...

Where in Mosher did you find that?

in the book above page 155. thanks, sorry your's only reply. just made a big porter, doing a belgian in few weeks will post results

Just checked my library and I don't have Mosher ... gotta get a copy.

But the more I've thought about it, the more I like it ... might be good in a Wit too.

Keep us posted as to how you make out ... once I get a round to it, I will do likewise.

Triple sec is sweet enough to prime with?
