free Millennium hops

Post by ocluke »

I have a good amount of 2011 HopUnion Millennium hops that have been kept very well. I have both pelletized and whole cone hops available. I negotiate for a living, so I'd rather not do it here. How about if you give me a bottle of whatever you brew with them, you can have however much you need for your recipe?

Like many high alpha hops, Millennium has been marketed as a bittering hop, but several breweries are starting to use them for dry hopping (for example, Pat at Alpine), much like they're doing with Summit, etc.

Millenium is a cross between and comparable to Nugget and Columbus, with a higher AA content.
