Any must-have hops in this list? Anything interesting that you guys have tried and like? It's almost universally varieties that I'm unfamiliar with.

Willamette and Columbus caught my eye. Those are hops I use all the time. I might have to pick some up. Most of the others I am not familiar with.

Yeah, I might get some of those regardless... Just wondering if I should get others.

(Not like I need more hops right now!)
