Ballast Point Sculpin IPA

Post by BrewMasterBrad »

What a great aroma and a tremendous head on this beer. A classic IPA with a huge hop nose with some fruity tones as well. The body is fairly light and hops dominate the flavor with a woodsy lingering bitterness. I like my IPAs to finish a little cleaner, but this is still an excellent beer. Paired well with BBQ chicken marinated in my homemade BBQ sauce.
