SoCal Homebrew First Annual Homebrew Competition

So Cal Home Brew is having their First Annual Homebrew Competition. Go to: <<http://www.natebomb.com/contest/>> for details, but here are a few 'quotes'...
They are using standard software for entries so it should look familiar to those who compete regularly.
...entries will be accepted at drop-off and shipping locations between Monday, April 1, 2013 at 11:05 PM, PDT and Monday, May 19, 2014 at 11:05 PM, PDT.

All entries must be received by our shipping location or at a drop-off location by Monday, May 19, 2014 at 11:05 PM, PDT and will not be accepted after that date/time. For details, see the Entry Information page....
Each entrant is limited to ten (10) entries for this competition.

Very cool. Thanks for posting this since I had no idea about this shop (which is not too far from my office) or this competition. I am bottling for other comps right now, so I might as well add a couple more for this one.

The judging is at Dale Bros., which is not a bad brewery and the brewer, Curt Dale, is a really good dude.
I saw a werewolf drinking a pina colada down at Trader Vic's

Did I mention that there is a barrel as one of the prizes, will have to read up on it, but I think the club that has the best showing wins the barrel!

These guys got way more entries than anticipated. They are in need of more judges. If you have never judged before, this may be a good opportunity to get your feet wet.
