Yes, be glad. This is cheaper than I have found anywhere else. Most places are over $50/each delivered.brahn wrote:Man, that makes me glad I bought more kegs than I thought I would need a few years ago. Prices have really gone through the roof.

Cheap Corny Kegs
I just found a resource for cheap, used Corny kegs. $36.99/each on sale. I was told they only had about 40 or so left at this price, then they will go up to $45. I just ordered 4 kegs today, and the total with their discounted shipping was about $167 delivered. http://www.ritebrew.com/product-p/8433...

[wanted] Erlenmeyer flasks
I'm looking to get a couple more Erlenmeyer flasks in my collection, so if the days of yeast starters are in the past and you want to free up space in the overflowing, slowly-collecting-dust brew gadget area, let me know. I'm particularly interested in 2,000-5,000ml versions.

Re: Ghetto Bottle Filling
The beer loses head retention, or it loses carbonation? If you're just losing carbonation, it's likely because of the head space you're leaving in the bottle. CO2 will come out of solution and fill the head space, so you'll need to completely fill the bottle (i.e. no foam, just beer...like a good gr...
Re: CO2 fill
Anybody have a reccommendation for where to get CO2 tanks filled? Not particularly fond of the idea of driving down to O'Sheas, but I don't know anywhere else. AirGas says I have to get in before 2 which will not happen, and they want me to exchange, not a deal breaker, but with my tank only 5mo ol...

Re: Kegerator needs regulators
Dan, I noticed no foam on your collar, which seems to provide quite a bit of room for your manifolds. Do you have any problems with condensation or thermal insulation?

Re: Kegerator needs regulators
I use two regulators and two manifolds for my setup, which gives me two different pressures and a few combinations. My keezer holds 5 corny kegs with the collar, so I have one 4-way manifold and one 2-way manifold. This allows me to keep up to 4 kegs at one "house" pressure, while still al...

Re: Trade Simcoe for Amarillo?
I should add that I have more than Amarillo for trade. A few other hard to get hops that I have for trade for Simcoe are Falconer's Flight, Zythos and 7C's.
