I brought a 22 of this to show off a little early last night and it's definitely still green. Only 8 days bottle conditioning. Couple guys said I under aerated. We gotta meet up in a couple weeks and have them side by side. Maybe at out of the park.

I found this cool little bar in santa ana. i think it's on broadway and fourth, in the artist's village district. they've only got about 8 beers on tap, and about 20-25 in bottles, but it's only been open about 5 months, and all their beers are rare imports and unusual beers. the owner, devin, assur...

I haven't even started my first batch yet and my woman is already bellyachin cuz I'm making "ugh, nasty black beer". Instead of some fruit infused hefe. So it looks like ill be trying out a cider, also, just to shut her up.

2011 chbf in ojai

I heard Eric last night mention this event and I checked it out online. I understand you guys go as a club and enter a booth and whatnot. Do you reserve a group campsite, or how does it work? And any other details would be helpful too.
