Hey Chris!
Sounds like a fun experiment. I have question. Looking at your recipes, each one lists a different OG and FG. How did you account for this using the same mash for both? I hope the answer isn't painfully obvious!

5.1 miles to OOTPP, I'm spoiled!
If my house was bigger we could hold the meeting there, then I'd be even closer!

Sam Adams New Albion
I've been reading about the one off Sam Adams is doing with Jack McAuliffe. New Albion almost always shows up in the first chapter of any book pertaining to craft beer. After reading about the brewery for so long, and about Jim Koch gearing up with Jack to re brew it, I had to get some. Has anyone e...

Vacuum Sealer Food Saver for Hops
I'm looking for a vacuum sealer to use when storing hops. I saw this video, ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r9dzaeC0hG0&feature=related )and thought that the tool might have a different use. I remember someone not being able to do a side seal using the FoodSaver bags , because the channels went...

Hey Chris,
The free fridge certainly would fit well in my plans, but I am not too sure I could transport it safely in my Mustang convertible!

I don't know if they'll give you the same opportunity as if you went in..) You know if you've been to one before, this is a good time to sample s...

I also plan on putting a paint can light bulb type apparatus inline with the recirc tubing, so when/if it nee...
