Re: BrewBrawl moving forward

Don't care for brew brawl, but would like to see better feedback to each brewer who brings a beer for benefit to the brewer and us all.

Re: Brewcommune X OC Mashups Club Competition

Brad, went to the oc mashups meeting yesterday, they said they need judges for November 17th. Said there are 56 beers, 33 from our club and 23 from their's. I have volunteered to steward.
Should be an interesting day.

Re: November club meeting

Also, at the meeting Bob and I, DT, will present the cream ale which we divided up and fermented with 5 different yeasts each in a 1 gallon container in same fermentation chamber. Everything is the same except the yeasts use. We will do a blind tasting to eliminate bias which would occur if there wa...

Re: Why to be an AHA Member

Also, during my 3 month trip around the US, I got usually 10% discount from many breweries after showing my AHA card. It also gives you more respect and service since they then know you are a serious and knowledgable beer person. And, sometimes allowed me to talk to the actual brewers willing to tel...

Re: Club Meeting Notes - July 17th, 2018

Great job Will!
Also, since I have returned from the trip, to inform early, the style presentation will be Saison for the September.
This was the style second most voted for in the survey.
I brought back a few and one of the brewers actually uses coolship fermentation.
