I picked up a 60 lb bucket of Wildflower honey from a local farm source. He has a small shop in Fullerton that sells beekeeping supplies and has his own hives. Sorry to say, but this venue stinks; small space, high reverberation, weird parking and location. Places similar to Noble Ale Works are great.

Have also read Historic Brewing Techniques by Lars Marius Garshol and seen podcast of actual Norwegians brewing. The book is a really good resource reference and, very informative. Highly recommend it.
