thanks,
Mike

Jobs in Brewing
Hey All, I recently moved here to the OC and have been looking for a job in my field. In the meantime, I would really like to try and get in house experience (even if it's just cleaning) at a brewery. Does anybody know the best way to go about this? Any breweries do apprenticeships? I contacted Jerr...

Re: Headhunter and white rajah
Hi Brad, Not sure why I just notice this reply from you. I drank all I had left of rajah. My bad. But I gave Nev a case of Headhunter. I have another case if your interested. I actually have 3 cases left and am afraid they are starting to loose aroma etc. I'd much rather someone else be able to enjo...

White rajah when fresh is close to zombie dust IMO. I really want to try some alpine. Haven't had any. I've ...

Re: Moving to OC
Thanks everyone for welcoming me and the great information! Much appreciated! I'm coming from Cleveland and my basement set up is going to be hard to give up. But temp was a consistent 66-67 year round. I switched to all grain a year ago and never looked back. Been doing 5 gallon batches of beers I ...

Moving to OC
Hey all, I'm going to be moving to the Irvine area in a month. Been homebrewing for awhile and wanted to get involved with a good brew club in the area. Any suggestions? Also, were going to be moving into a much smaller space than what we currently have. Is it a challenge to still brew multiple batc...
