Glad to hear people are brewing (or at least fermenting) I've been doing inventory here to try and get back up and running. I'll be sure to post when I finally get brewing again.

Sorry for the late response just saw this post. is it only 1 gallon in a 5 gallon keg? You can slow carb or quick carb it at this point but you would need a co2 tank and regulator. quick carbing will still take a day or so. Maybe you can leave it at someones place and they can hook it up to their CO...

It could be for head retention. I feel like flaked barley would add too much bite and would recommend carapils or something instead.
If you keep the wheat it will likely not need anything else.

Yo Ro, I think this would taste great! If you're going for a cali creamin' this recipe would work out. I have a few suggestions; Traditionally cream ales wouldn't have wheat in them, but then again they don't have vanilla either :lol: You could omit the wheat for more 2 row/6row. I also prefer mine ...
