is it only 1 gallon in a 5 gallon keg?
You can slow carb or quick carb it at this point but you would need a co2 tank and regulator. quick carbing will still take a day or so. Maybe you can leave it at someones place and they can hook it up to ...

It could be for head retention. I feel like flaked barley would add too much bite and would recommend carapils or something instead.
If you keep the wheat it will likely not need anything else.

I think this would taste great! If you're going for a cali creamin' this recipe would work out.
I have a few suggestions;
Traditionally cream ales wouldn't have wheat in them, but then again they don't have vanilla either :lol: You could omit the wheat for more 2 row/6row. I also prefer ...

found a keg that was at work, empty, and recently filled with the barrel aged project we did. It's dirty, but you can have it if you want! I would replace the orings
