I’ve been drinking this beer a lot lately. Light, refreshing and crushable.

#2 Green Cheek Pumpkin
I get nutmeg on the nose and some other undetermined spices. For a pumpkin beer, I don’t get a whole lot of the pumpkin, which for me is great. It’s just enough to hint at the omnipresent autumnal flavors without punishing you. Slightly sweet. I don’t get the alcohol heat.

Day 1: Stereo Brewing - Year 8 IPA
Great opening nose, I get some pine and mosaic. Clear straw color. For a WC style IPA, it's pretty balanced. I might detect a slight diacetyl mouthfeel. Maybe due to large late / dry hopping. Nothing off-putting. 7.5/10.

Loving the malty beers this year.

I used Safale US-05 and will dry hop with 2oz Simcoe and 1oz of Galaxy. I'm 3 days into primary fermentation and should hit FG (1.010 est) on Monday (7 days).

Fermentation Schedule (~19 days total):
10 days at 67º ...
