I have a Cornelius (7-up) keg that has been fixed around the gas in side and I'm thinking that it will be a perfect lagering / bright tank corny .. doesn't need to hold constant pressure .. just keep a closed environment .. something it should do quite well. Actually, I'm going to use the Dark Candi Syrup ... a whole bottle of it. Depending on where the gravity winds up, I may add some turbinado but we'll see. Last time I made it pretty much as above and my wife, who doesn't like beer, loved it!
