Then I bleed the pressure way off the keg and shut off the CO2 and fill as slowly as possible keeping foam to a minim...

I can make 3/3 no problems ... perhaps even with a ...

I would search around and see what others have used as a base beer with blueberries (especially commercial micro breweries) rather than to gues...

Well my vanilla porter won't be entered at it is the wrong category. However, the Brown Porter welcomes all comers ... as long as the club gets an entry off.

OK ... My Brown Porter is in the fermenter. I'm contemplating bottle aging some of this should BC decide that this'll be the entry. Anyone know how many bottles are required for entry? I'll assume 3 ... just to be safe I'll bottle a 12 pack and that'll allow for some taste testing ... I'll also plan...

Brewing my porter up tomorrow (the weather is FINALLY cooperating ... hopefully it'll be ready in time.

I did take the M.O. down to 6.5 (subtracted 1.5 lbs) and added 1.5 lbs of brown malt.

Will post up results (so to speak) tomorrow late ...
