For those of you with vacuum sealers, here's a tip that may come in handy someday (and maybe it is already common knowledge but for the uninitiated or sealer newbies ...). Great points on compressed air ... I've got a pretty good filter on mine so I don't worry about it (much) ... or at least I didn't use to worry about it much!
