OK, so the 12th is not going to work for me. Brad is going to send me a list of emails and I will add them to an invite for Sat the 5th of April. Responding will give us an idea of how many people can make it or not. The invite will be coming from a google calendar.

I am leaning towards April 12th, but I will talk it over with the board and the members.

How stable is the stand with the castors on it like that. When I built mine I worried about putting castors on and it being unstable with weight on it. I am planning on puttin my in a semi permanent location, but I was wondering anyway.

We are going to the fest. We have 5 sites reserved as a club but I don't know how many people are going yet. I am going to be talking to Jim(2007 president) about it Sat. We have a few people that aren't going due to the new location.
