Were making an all grain 10 gallon "Blind Pig" kit from B3 and using the California Ale Yeast from White Labs.

Too much yeast nutrient?

Hey guys...

I'm helping my brother in law to make a yeast starter and he accidentally put the whole one ounce package of yeast starter into a 2000ml starter kit.

Anyone else done this and had major issues with it? Should I be worried and just start it over?

its great... my wife and her friend are gettin in to homebrewing and i'm studying my ass of for my dental school entrance exam... :shock: haven't done much other than that this summer... hopefully be gettin back to enjoying some fun brewing soon... 8) I brewed a batch of the 07 stone epic and droppe...

you can get a 40 gallon pot for $500... seems decent... seem to have a good selection even a stainless "mash" paddle for $20
