Re: Propane Tank Refills - Cheapest / Lowest Priced

Went to Mutal Propane's Tustin location; total for three tanks (13.6 gallons @ $1.75/g) was $26 including tax (8.75%). They fill the 20# tanks to 4.5 gallons and also state they temp compensate to 60F which other places don't seem to do. Directions: Heading west on Edinger, turn right into their dri...

Propane Tank Refills - Cheapest / Lowest Priced

So far Mutual Propane (mutualpropane.com) in Tustin (right off the 55 on Edinger) is the cheapest I've been able to find in OC. Their gallon price today is 1.75/gallon w/ 7.5 gallon minimum ($15) + tax (8.75%). They do a visual inspection of the tank...seem to fill most tanks. http://bit.ly/2Vvp4z M...

Good point...No clue on how to tell via sight. Think the only way to be sure is look at the stamped markings on the bottom of the pot.

$50 seems close to the price of a new unit.

Here's a turkey fryer and aluminum pot in Irvine for $25:
