Brewcommune

Has anyone on this site used it? I am thinking of using an India Pale Lager recipe but with this yeast. White labs says that it has similar characteristics to Lager yeast strains. Any tips on either this yeast, or India Pale Lager recipes?

I didn't know that there was more than one of these. There is one in the same shopping center as the Century Theater in Orange. I think the Potatoes you're taking about are just called the spicy potatoes, but they are pretty damned great. The only down fall of the one out here is the beer selection.

I think you can blame Kevin for this, but they blew the first keg tonight before either one of us got there. So I apologize to anyone who came by to drink some delicious hopsicle (Tim) but apparently they're going to put the second keg on tomorrow sometime, so hopefully it will still be there on fri...
