You guys were about 8 sites down from me at the SCHF and I stopped at your booth and talked with a couple of your members.

Those kettles look familiar. Did you change up from a tree system? Yeah, it used to be a 3 tier system. It sucked getting the HLT on top so I switched to a 2 tier. The main reason I switched is beacuse I got the stand for free... That system looks really nice. Why did you choose to go NG for the ke...

That thing is purty! Is that an off the shelf system or home made? 100% Homegrown It still has a ways to go before it is finished. Here is mine, it is a work in progress....

The control panel has to be taken apart and installed into the stand but it works the way it sits right now. The HLT and MT have 240v 4500w elements, the boil pot is NG.
