Hey guys.

Well I'm going to have to say bye-bye to SoCal this summer :cry: as we're moving outside of Nashville. With that I need to purge myself of all my brewing equipment (keggle/cooler setup) since I haven't brewed in a couple years and dragging it across country wouldn't be smart.

0.75oz/gal for kegs/carboys if I recall correctly from this weekend reading it.

The BN Sunday Session had a nice interview with the guy that runs it a few weeks back. Check it out if you missed it. I'm real curious what you think after you're done. It sounds like a great way to do it (virtual meeting style).

There was some talk about a possible day swapping but that's all I remember hearing of it and didn't see an official thread.

Evan and Ross who own the place are very cool people. Beers are tasty and I personally like their little tasting room setup (which is getting expanded to the next door unit soon). They got some more fermenters recently which is good ...

I say chest freezer.

I have a regular fridge and it's a complete PITA to move stuff in and out.

It was pretty much standing room only about 20 minutes after they opened the doors. I really like their tipping of the hat to the historical stuff, pretty cool.

Anyone planning to go to the Stone 2011 AHA Rally on Saturday March 12th?

I've never been one but looks like fun. scottk and I were planning to head down and check it out.

Hope to see some BC'ers there!
