I know a few of you have started to ferment under pressure. I'd like to know more about the needed equipment to do this. What pieces and equipment are you using for fermenting under pressure? Any side issues to know about?

p.s. Remember to properly pack your beer (i.e. bubble wrap) when sending in. One of my two bottles for AFC's competition broke in transit. Fortunately, they contacted me about replacing the bottle, which does not always happen!

I'll be re-posting the still unclaimed gear on the general 'Cheers' forum and see if I can move the last few items!
