Kegerator Questions
So I have been thinking about a kegerator for months now. I keep debating wether to turn a fridge into a kegerator or just buy one. I think I have decided to buy one. My questions, for those that have kegerators, is do you enjoy your kegerator? Is it worth the expense of buying and electricity to ha...

Hope I win! Are you judging both of these comps on Sunday? Bottles received. Yes, both comps are being judg...

Re: Hydrometer Readings & Calibration
There are, and I am not joking, about 20 different types/models of hydrometers. If you want something specific (no pun intended), let me know. I am placing an order today if you want it in a hurry.
Re: pH meter
I just had a customer request it. Maybe I need to try it myself...jward wrote:It didn't make my beer better. It seemed like beers made with 5.2 take longer to clear.DrDually wrote:Why did you stop using 5.2?
Re: pH meter
We don't cool the sample, you just want to make sure that the meter is capable of handling the temps you plan on using it in and has a good tolerance towards it. I trust the meter, if we cool the sample our meter will have the same reading. Every reading is just as important! Mash, collection and p...
