Alesmith Grand Cru
Grand Cru 2.jpg LexusChris gifted my wife and I a bottle of Alesmoth Grand Cru on the Grand Opening of AHP. It meant a great deal to us. I waffled with laying it down for a year or so or enjoying right away. I hate saving something and then, for whatever reason, not getting to enjoy/use it. I decid...

Re: Rogue Ale House, San Francisco
A couple years ago i visited the Rogue in Newport, OR. Tasty beers and tasty food... but not one person had heard about the AHA discount. Not in the pub, not in the merch store... after getting home i reviewed the list and should have received something like 10% off food and 25% off merch. Oregonia...

Re: New Tip / Trick Posting - Keg Fittings
I just went through this when I order all the kegging parts for the shop. I made the decision to only carry Ball Lock keg parts. Even then there are tons of options: barbed, flared, beverage line in different diameters, gaskets in various sizes, complete kegging kits and the kitchen sink. Except for...

Re: May Meeting 5/18/10 @ Addison HB Provisions in Fullerton
Great Meeting! Eric, thank you for hosting this. I like the idea of a permanent "home" for the club meetings as it allows for better scheduling of any special demos, specific style presentations or one-offs as the club deigns appropriate. I liked the format we used in this meeting. I like...

Another great meeting! Chris- Thanks for sharing your score sheet. I hope anyone thinking of entering a comp realizes how beneficial getting feedback from BJCP judges can be. It helps make you a better brewer. Tim- I like people talking about their beers, and getting feedback on what went right and ...
