Kveik class at Windsor Homebrew 7/28

Hi everyone, Windsor Homebrew is having a class on July 28th covering the world of Kveik yeasts. I'm planning to attend but thought I'd share in case anyone else is interested. See link for details.

I signed up. Have done several brews with Kveik yeasts with good results.

Have also read Historic Brewing Techniques by Lars Marius Garshol and seen podcast of actual Norwegians brewing. The book is a really good resource reference and, very informative. Highly recommend it.
