I have 11 pints of 1.040SG wort in wide mouth pint jars. I made these for harvesting yeast. That is Tyler King said to add some fresh wort to harvested yeast that you refrigerated to keep them health. They were pressure canned years ago. The vacuum seals look great. At the same time I made 1/2 gallon starters and used the last one a couple months ago. It worked great. After dry yeast came out I didn't need to do this. These are free even if only interested in the jars.
