60 Qt Ice Cube Mash Tun 4 Sale

Post by backyard brewer »

I'm selling my 60 quart Ice Cube based mash tun. It's brewed many an award winning beer. It'll hold about 41~45 pounds of grain, but that's stuffed. It includes a SS mesh screen manifold that has 4 braids between two copper collectors. It has a thermometer port ( 1/8" probe diameter) and a sparge return port.

$50

I'll post some pictures of the inside later.

ummm....well......

Technically yes, I still have it. But I'm working on my new brewery and I might have the entire brewery this goes with for sale minus the pump.

It has 2 X B3 14G kettles, this mashtun, 2 X 1/2" x 50' IC chillers, the Gorilla Rack stand that allows that mash tun to dump. 2 X 80K BTU NG burners.

For those of you looking at this, I'd point out that the cost of the ball valve, fittings and quick disconnects is probably at least $50 new. This is a smoking deal...

OK, I added everything up that I have there and I'm asking $600 for:

1 14G Italian kettle standard
1 14G Italian kettle modified
1 60 Qt Ice Cube MLT with SS Braid 4 path manifold and thermo-port
1 All the valves and fittings including hoses and brass QD's
1 1/2" X 50' copper IC with soldered-on whirlpool return
1 1/2" x 50' HERMS coil
1 Stand for everything that has 2 NG jet burners and 10' 3/8" QD supply hose. Allows mash tun to dump. Also has an electrical outlet on it with a switched outlet.

The only thing you'd need is a pump, mash paddle and stir spoon.

If anyone is interested, make an offer via PM because I'm going to Craigs list this then part it out on eBay.
