This is my first time entering the OC fair competition, and only my second entry ever into any competition. Does anyone know when we might receive our score sheets?

If i recall; you don't get your score sheets until the fair closes. I know you for sure don't get any ribbons until then.g_deuce wrote:Congrats on the win!

Yeah, thats good to know. Im not even sure how many others were entered in my category. I only found out because they are planning a tasting party and wan't some samples of the category winners to be there.

WTG on the Old Ale, I had it at Best of Show judging and am looking forward to it again!
BTW, the winning beer was a Flanders Red and a Classic American Pils was runner up this year.

BC really did not show up this year as we've had the best of show winner the last 4 years as well as multiple category winners.
I will attend the "party" this weekend with a lot of new winners, so I'll recap on next weeks meeting what went on.
Good job to Hal Ward for his winning dopplebock!
