Amazon.com has done this in the past...drops the price considerably then ups it when the demand picks up. Previously a 65 quart SS pot went for $100. Now it's being sold for $200.
Usually the prices last for a few days then shoot up. So if the pot meets your needs, act quickly if your going to purchase.
