Is this worth $170/bottle? I know where there are two in stock, but can't make up my mind. I could pick up both, drink one and hold the other to sell in a year or two....

I don't think any consumable is worth that. That said, it is amazing stuff and a real treat to try if you are able.

I suggest putting that money towards a trip to the GABF where they are usually serving it.

I agree with maltbarley. I got to try it once (thanks maltbarley!) and it was really good. You can't drink very much of it though, I think a bottle would last quite a while. I still don't think I'd spend $170 for one though.

Well I bit the bullet. I'll hold one bottle until a good occasion arises, check the going rate on ebay, and then depending on how drunk I am, open it. The second bottle I may do the same, however the plan as of now (in an uninebriated state) is to sell it once it doubles in price so I can cover the cost of the first bottle.
