OU is offering a free online course going over the chemistry of beer.
Looks like knowledge in organic chemistry and biochemistry is required, so it's a bit over my head, but I thought I'd share it here in case anyone is interested.

Very cool. They also have an intro to chemistry class, so you can take that first, if you want a refresher.
