New brewery in Laguna Hills early 2018

Given the proximity, I'll try to give it a try when they open. Anyone familiar with the head brewer (Andrew Moy) or founder (Scott Cebula) from homebrewing / pro brewing circles?

Oh Sweet!
Andrew is the ex-brewer from Riip when they opened.
Should be fantastic beer!

He's already completed his Siebel Master Brewer program? He just left Riip last November...

Siebel is only a 20-week full time course...

Sounds like he should know what he's doing, so that makes me even more excited than I would normally be learning a random brewery was opening nearby.
