AHA Rally @ The Bruery -- Volunteers Wanted

Post by PMR »

Hey Guys,

I was wondering who would be available on Nov. 15th to set up and run the BrewCommune table? This is a great opportunity to get some recognition for BrewCommune, and you'll get into the rally for free.

I think we should use 2 people or so. Who's game?

Also, who has the BrewCommune signs?

Thanks,
Patrick

I would love to, but that's the day that we give Dustin's sister's husband his "man's baby shower"... I.e. we all drink and play poker.

So I can't make it. And while I can't speak for Dustin, my guess is that he can't either.

I was really looking forward to this event, but we're going to a Jack Daniels Single Barrel dinner down in San Marcos the same day.

Hey Pat, if you still need someone, I could probably come by for a while. Let me know...

I will be there, so let me know if you need still need my help. I believe Tim has one sign that we used with the club bar and I think Robert may still have the other one.

Lars, Bob and Brad-- thanks for volunteering guys! Maybe if we get a few more volunteers you guys can switch off so you'll be able to better enjoy yourselves. I'll give you more details on Wednesday.

PMR: Is this correct; the event is scheduled for 1-5 pm?

If additional volunteers are need, can make a late shift (after 1400).

I have a Brewcommune sign I can drop by the Bruery at some point this week. I may be able to pop in on Saturday to join the AHA. I have been thinking of doing so for some time as I would like the suscription to Zymurgy that comes with the membership...

Cheers!

Brewcommune sign has been dropped off. Two nice bottles of Pat's beer purchased.

All is well in the world again. I will likely drop by on Saturday afternoon to join the ranks of the AHA...

Cheers!

I'm going to try to make it too. Do you have an empty fermenter I can lock my kids in for an hour?

I wish Tim. Usually kids are allowed in the tasting room, but the AHA / BA is restricting this event to 21+. Sorry.
