Brewcommune membership
I signed up for the community, and read that there is a discount with MoreBeer. How do I go about identifying myself as a Brewcommune member? Is there a membership card?

I believe it is in-store at the Riverside location. You can't get the discount online.

We did do cards a few years ago, but I'm not sure if we still are...
I believe you can just tell them at the Riverside location. They pretty much just take your word for it.

At one point in time, someone (a club official) from the club was providing them with a list ... but I'm not sure of the status of that.

Pretty much they didn't care and seem to give the discount to anyone identifing themselves with a club. I guess that's just how B3 rolls.dhempy wrote:At one point in time, someone (a club official) from the club was providing them with a list ... but I'm not sure of the status of that.

One more option is to take a copy of your Pay-Pal receipt

Re: Brewcommune membership
Just wanted to mention that with Brewcommune membership, you also get access to Club Brewday's at member's homes on their rigs. A very social & fun way to observe other's brewing process & equipment and pick up a few notes for your next brewday!
In addition, we currently are planning 2 Club Barrel brew projects. These are where members brew up a common style and combine their individual batches together in a large oak barrel. After several months of aging, everyone takes home a pro-rata share of the blended, oaked Barrel Brew! A lot of fun, and easily worth the membership dues alone! Space is limited, so become a member and sign up for one of these fun projects!
