Would you be willing to pay more for a polished racking cane

Why bother? $11-$13 is enough, doesn't need polishing.

SS Racking Canes

Post by backyard brewer »

I'm going to add SS racking canes to my product line. I know the other ones out there are not polished and run $11-$13 depending on length. If fact, they're just cut and bent. The one I'd bought a while back still had writing on it!

So my question is: Would you be willing to pay more for a polsihed racking cane?

The little burrs and stuff on the end of my racking canes always bugged me. I would pay a couple bucks more for a nice polished one.

I'd pay a few bucks more. But, in order to sell to the average homebrewer I think you'd have to make sure you market these based on the differences between yours and the ones currently available. Possibly even show pix of others with the ink and burrs still on them.
Shut up and brew

Let me get this right: you're asking what I'm willing to pay to have my cane polished?

Ok, back to the previously scheduled program.
