Propane Tank Refills - Cheapest / Lowest Priced

So far Mutual Propane (mutualpropane.com) in Tustin (right off the 55 on Edinger) is the cheapest I've been able to find in OC. Their gallon price today is 1.75/gallon w/ 7.5 gallon minimum ($15) + tax (8.75%).
They do a visual inspection of the tank...seem to fill most tanks.

Thanks for the tip! My local gas station that still filled was about $3 a gallon last time.

Went to Mutal Propane's Tustin location; total for three tanks (13.6 gallons @ $1.75/g) was $26 including tax (8.75%). They fill the 20# tanks to 4.5 gallons and also state they temp compensate to 60F which other places don't seem to do.

Directions:
Heading west on Edinger, turn right into their driveway, stay right, drive to the side of the building, and take a left at the end of the building into the refill station....
