Heyas,
I recently bought an extra 5# CO2 canister & dual-gauge regulator. I then bought this ball-lock gas connector kit from Northern Brewer.
When I hooked it up to my weizenbock last night, all seemed fine. This morning, my CO2 tank was completely empty. No doubt a leak. So, I refilled today and reconnected the hose and used some soapy water to find the leak. It is at the shutoff valve connection; both the in and the out when the the valve is open. When closed, it seems to be fine.
Is it the swivel nut connector that is my problem? Seems odd as they sell their gas connector kit with a swivel nut connector if it is not going to handle the 20 PSI I put through it.
Thoughts & suggestions are appreciated!

Do you have a plastic washer inside the swivel nut? You can't put a metal flare on there without it or it will leak. if the threads are leaking on the other end, then you should remove it and add more teflon tape, then re-install.

No washer in there.. just metal on metal. Can I just buy a plastic washer for these swivel nuts?

Eirc should have the washers. If not, try McMaster-Carr

Yes, they look like these:
Your QD's don't need them because they already have a plastic tip at the end of the threads (built in), but any time you're connecting swivel nuts to the flare fitting, you need the washers in there.
If you need one ASAP for this beer, I can spare one for you.
